NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Oppo has launched its latest A-series smartphone in India. Oppo A53 smartphone comes with an HD+ display and runs Android 10 operating system. Powered by an octa-core processor it is backed by a 5000mAh battery.

Oppo A53 comes in two variants 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage priced at Rs 12,990 while the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is priced at Rs 15,490. The smartphone comes in Electric Black, Fairy White and Fancy Blue colour options. It will be available online on Flipkart starting August 25 at 3PM. As part of the launch offers, the company is giving 5% cash back on select bank cards, no-cost EMI for six months and a discount of Rs 400 on Oppo PowerBank 2 with Oppo A53.

Oppo A53 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The display offers 90Hz refresh rate and is protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor with Adreno 610 GPU.
Oppo A53 packs 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage up to 256GB by installing a microSD card. The device comes with dual SIM functionality and runs Android 10 operating system topped with the company’s own ColorOS 7.2.
Oppo A53 sports a triple rear camera setup with 13MP main sensor with f/2.2 aperture, LED flash, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
