Odisha CPET-2020: Common PG Entrance Test dateline extended – Times of India

BHUBANESWAR: The higher education department has extended dates of Common PG Entrance Test (CPET-2020), which will be conducted in Odisha for the first time. The test will be conducted between October 10 and October 19. Earlier, it was scheduled to be held between September 30 and October 7.

Last date of applying online has been extended to September 10 from August 31. Students can download hall ticket from the website on September 30 instead September 20 before appearing for the CPET-2020.

Candidates, whose final undergraduate (UG) results are awaited (not published) can also apply online to appear for the test. But, they must upload their marks prior to preparation of final state merit list within October 22.

The universities conducting CPET will handover the entrance marks to Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC) here by November 2 and the state merit list will be published on November 7. The universities will complete the admission process by November 30 and start first year class of PG from December 3 instead of December 1, said the official sources.
